Hot Seat Highlights

The ICTP2017 Procedia Engineering Issue, containing all presented papers, has now been published and is available here.

The 12th International Conference on Technology of Plasticity was hosted by the University of Cambridge in September 2017. We would like to extend our thanks to all delegates who attended ICTP2017 in Cambridge. This site now has pointers to the papers presented at the conference, a photo record of the conference and links to videos related to our outreach to teenagers. We’ll soon be releasing the briefing notes arising from our Industry Workshops, and as soon as it’s ready, we’ll be making links to the next ICTP, in Columbus Ohio in July 2020.

We would also love to invite you to upload your own favourite photographs of the week. You can do so by logging in and navigating to the 'Add photos' page and they will all be viewable on the Delegates' Gallery page.

A huge thank you to all the local school students who attended our opening lecture on Monday and asked such fantastic questions to test the knowledge of the delegates. You can see a small taster of some of the responses hereWe’ll be adding more responses soon, and of course, as soon as the film based on the show is ready, we’ll make this available here too.

There can be no better way to experience the atmosphere of Cambridge, than to stay in one of the beautiful old Colleges. We offer a unique opportunity for delegates to stay in six of the most historic Colleges.
