Sunday 17 September Welcome party 

This will be held in the marquee in the Peterhouse Gardens. There will be a two course hot buffet and live music

Tuesday 19 September Conference banquet 

The conference banquet will be held across the halls of three of Cambridge's most iconic old Colleges, St John's College, King's College and Gonville and Caius. There will be live music from the Caius College Choir, who will move between the venues. A link will be provided between the venues so that delegates in each venue can enjoy the full experience.

Wednesday 20 September Concert in King's College Chapel

A once in a lifetime experience to hear the famous Choir of Gonville & Caius College, directed by Dr Geoffrey Webber perform live in a celebration of British choral music, including John Kenny's The Deer's Cry, a setting of one of the most ancient Irish poems, attributed to St Patrick, scored for two giant Iron Age Celtic horns. bells and and voices. Featuring John and Patrick Kenny on Deskford Carnyx and Loughnashade Horn.

Thursday 21 September Farewell party 

The farewell party will be held in the marquee at Peterhouse in the style of a country fête, featuring traditional music and a range of  English food.
